Dr. Fernanda Freitas is a pediatric dentist with more than 20 years of clinical experience dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care for children. She believes every child deserves a positive dental experience and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients and families feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their care.
Throughout her career, Dr. Fernanda has combined clinical excellence with leadership, education, and community service. She has served as a Dental Director, leading multidisciplinary teams and developing clinical programs focused on improving access to quality oral healthcare.
Committed to education and mentoring, Dr. Fernanda has served as a clinical preceptor for both the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, helping train future generations of dentists. She also completed the Medical Leadership Program through the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare leadership, team development, and patient-centered care.
Dr. Fernanda enjoys treating infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. She believes in building trusting relationships with families while emphasizing prevention, education, and personalized treatment plans that support lifelong oral health.
